This Privacy Policy explains how NFT Atoms ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Habit Builder mobile application (the "App"), on both iOS and Android. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The short version.
- Your habits, notes and settings are stored on your device — we do not upload them to our servers.
- We do not require an account, and we don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
- The app shows opt-in rewarded ads via Google AdMob, which uses a device advertising identifier.
- We use privacy-safe analytics and crash reporting to improve the app.
- Purchases are handled by Apple and Google — we never see your card details.
- You can reset all data any time by clearing app data or uninstalling.
1. Information stored on your device
Habit Builder is an on-device app. The following is stored locally on your phone and isnot transmitted to us:
- Your habits, streaks, completion history, and any notes or values you log.
- An optional first name you may enter (used only for greetings and share cards; leave it blank to stay anonymous).
- Your preferences, reminders, theme, and app-lock settings.
This data stays on your device and is included in your device's own backups (e.g. iCloud or Google backup) if you have those enabled. We have no access to it.
2. Information collected automatically
When you use the App, certain limited information may be processed by the third-party services below to serve ads and help us keep the App reliable:
| Data | Purpose | Processor |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising ID (IDFA / Android Advertising ID), device & ad interaction data | Show rewarded ads and measure ad performance | Google AdMob |
| App usage events (e.g. screens viewed, features used) and a random device identifier | Understand how the App is used so we can improve it | PostHog (product analytics) |
| Crash and error diagnostics | Detect and fix bugs and crashes | Sentry |
We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not sell your personal information.
3. Advertising
Habit Builder uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads — short videos you choose to watch to unlock optional features. We do not show banner or interstitial (pop-up) ads, and ads are never shown automatically.
- Consent (EU/UK/EEA): Where required, we show Google's UMP consent form so you can choose whether ads are personalized.
- Apple (iOS): We use Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you don't allow tracking, you'll receive non-personalized ads.
- If consent can't be determined, the App defaults to non-personalized ads.
- You can change your ad-privacy choices any time in the App under Settings → Ad Privacy Choices.
Google's handling of ad data is governed byGoogle's Privacy Policy. See alsohow Google uses data from apps that use its services.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Premium features can be purchased as a subscription or a one-time (lifetime) purchase. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive only the confirmation needed to unlock your purchase on your device.
5. Device permissions
The App may request the following permissions, each used only for the stated purpose:
- Notifications — to send the habit reminders you set up.
- Photos / Media — only if you choose to save a streak or share card to your gallery.
- Biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint) — only if you enable app lock; authentication is handled by your device and never leaves it.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Limited data is shared only with the service providers listed in Section 2 (Google AdMob, PostHog, Sentry) so they can perform their functions, and where required by law.
7. Data retention and deletion
Because your habit data lives on your device, you are in control of it. To delete it, clear the App's data in your device settings or uninstall the App. Analytics and crash data held by our processors are retained according to their standard retention periods. To request deletion of any data associated with you, contact us atapps@nftatoms.com.
8. Children's privacy
Habit Builder is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is rated for a general audience and serves ads accordingly. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to opt out of personalized advertising. You can exercise ad choices in-app (Section 3) or contact us at apps@nftatoms.com. We do not sell personal information as defined by applicable law.
10. International users
Our third-party processors may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, appropriate safeguards are in place through those providers.
11. Security
We rely on your device's built-in protections and on the security practices of our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
