These terms govern your use of the MyDate mobile app ("MyDate", "we", "us"). By installing or using MyDate, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyDate on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
Your content
The dates, events, and other information you enter are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up anything you don't want to lose. MyDate is a reminder aid; you are responsible for acting on important dates and deadlines, and we are not liable for a missed reminder (for example, due to device settings, being powered off, or notification permissions being disabled).
Purchases
MyDate offers an optional in-app purchase (MyDate Pro) sold through Google Play. Payments, refunds, and taxes are handled by Google under its terms. Pro unlocks certain features and removes ads.
Ads
The free version of MyDate is supported by advertising. See ourPrivacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
MyDate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or missed reminders arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version.
